Live in the industrial region of South Wales

Employment in this day and age is a big worry for many people in
the UK. With last week's announcement from the Office for National
Statistics saying that the employment levels in the UK are at their
lowest level in 17 years, more people will now be looking to secure
a job wherever they can. And with worry heightened, surely
migration to another part of the country is at least a
consideration?
For a change, a move away from the big cities might be a good
consideration for people. Many may find themselves feeling
rejuvenated and ready to put a new lust for life into their job
hunt with a move to a new country, such as Wales, and more
specifically, the south of the country.
Situated very close to Cardiff, the city of Newport is a
regenerated city, granted the status as part of the Queen's jubilee
in 2002.
The city has undergone regeneration over the last few years, and
would offer job hunters looking for
property for sale in Newport the chance to look in the city
centre itself, as well as in many of the surrounding business and
industrial parks, offering a wide range of different industries to
search in.
In terms of transport, those who want to look for jobs in Cardiff
also have simple access to Newport via roads, further widening the
net for those who want to search for jobs. It is also served by a
bus station and a train station giving Newport good transport links
throughout Wales.
And for those who are not on the hunt for a new job, Newport also
has a range of other amenities. Newport City Centre has its own
University of Wales Campus as well as a leisure centre for the
younger people who may be looking to come to the town to pick up a
wealth of knowledge.
