House for sale in Oxfordshire 'will make countryside dream come
true'

Homeowners looking to move to the countryside could follow in the
footsteps of one couple by looking at a house for sale in
Oxfordshire.
Nigel and Gemma Harris are selling their three-acre, five-bedroom
property in the village of Hethe in order to be able to grow their
fresh produce business, but admitted that the house has helped them
live out their rural dream.
Speaking to the Telegraph, the couple said that they started out
with a modest farm shop where they just intended to sell some jam
and eggs, but soon started selling potatoes, carrots and greens and
now want to get a goat and pigs.
"Everybody wants a slice of the good life now, with chooks in the
back garden and a veg patch," Ms Harris said.
Commenting on the £1.4 million house for sale, she added: "It
is rustic. People love coming in, they have a lot of fun and chit
chat."
Strutt & Parker recently claimed that farmland could be a good
investment as prices are expected to increase over the next few
years.
