Our office is the longest running estate agency in Rhiwbina, having been established 15 years ago. We specialise in the sale and letting of houses, bungalows and flats in North Cardiff and its environs. The village has a long history – settlement here can be traced back at least to the 11th century. There is the remnant of a Norman Motte and Bailey – ‘the Twmpath’, at the north edge of the village and a large cache of Norman coins was uncovered nearby about 25 years ago. Roundheads and Cavaliers also fought their way around the Wenallt – now a stunning conservation area with fabulous bridle paths and walks.

Rhiwbina also boasts the Garden Village. These houses were built in 1912 and are now part of the conservation area. The houses, much sought after, are Grade 2 Cadw listed. The village has excellent public transport links into the city centre – trains and buses run from the village regular intervals. Its close proximity to the M4 and other arterial routes leading out of the city make it ideally placed to commute. Rhiwbina is in the catchment area for Rhiwbeina Primary School, Llanishen Fach Junior and Infant School and Whitchurch High School, as well as church schools, Welsh medium schools and a number of private schools.
